- Leak Surveying & Mapping – Identification and mapping of active water ingress, including leaking cracks, joints and other water pathways. Defects can be classified and recorded against drawings, elevations or client-nominated digital platforms through to final close-out.
- Injection System & Methodology Development – Assistance with material selection and injection methodology to suit project requirements and site conditions. Considerations include water flow, resin properties, reaction time, injection pressure, packer layout and sequencing.
- Polyurethane Resin Injection – Pressure injection of hydrophobic or hydrophilic polyurethane resins through mechanical packers to seal active water ingress. Materials and reaction times can be selected to suit conditions ranging from minor seepage to significant groundwater inflows.
- Acrylate Gel Injection – Injection of ultra-low-viscosity acrylate gels into fine cracks, joints and complex water pathways. Adjustable reaction times allow greater migration and penetration, making them suited to widespread or difficult groundwater ingress
