- Structural Strengthening & Jacketing – Construction of new reinforced cast-in-situ sections against or around existing walls, columns, piers and other structural elements to increase section size and achieve the additional structural capacity required by the engineered design. Applications can include strengthening to one or both faces of existing walls, full or partial member jacketing and localised structural enlargements.
- Structural Modifications – Construction of new reinforced concrete elements as part of modifications to existing structures, including strengthening around new openings, penetrations or altered structural arrangements where additional capacity or load redistribution is required by the engineered design
