- Crack Surveying & Mapping – Identification, measurement and mapping of cracks to record their location, width, orientation and extent. Findings can be recorded against drawings, elevations or client-nominated digital platforms to provide a traceable record through to repair close-out.
- Repair System & Methodology Development – Assistance with material selection and repair methodology in accordance with project specifications and engineering requirements. This includes injection pressures, sequencing and preparation of methodologies, ITPs and inspection records.
- Low-Pressure Crack Injection – Controlled injection of low-viscosity structural resins using pre-proportioned cartridge systems. Resin is progressively introduced through installed ports at low pressure to achieve penetration and continuity through localised cracking.
- Pressure Crack Injection – Pumped injection of structural resins for extensive cracking, deeper sections or higher-volume repairs. Material is delivered through mechanical packers at controlled pressures and flow rates to suit the crack geometry and specified repair requirements.
