Concrete removal via hydro-demolition of a thrust block around a live water main.
BROKK 200 & AQUAJET 750 WORKING TOGETHER
Two very different robots working together to hydro-demo a concrete thrust block from around a live water main.
Hydro Training Preview
A sneak peek at our four-day training program hosted alongside WOMA Australia, Brokk / Aquajet and Fosroc. Replicating real-world conditions beneath a concrete wharf, our team undertook robotic hydro-demolition using the Aquajet Ergo-Go and WOMA UHP pump, followed by spray application training with Fosroc Renderoc HB70. More footage to come!
AQUAJET ECOCLEAR WATER TREATMENT PLANT
The Aquajet EcoClear 20 Water Treatment Plant – is a 20ft containerised system designed for treating hydro-demolition wastewater.
Joint Sealing 3
Joint sealing around an infill section of slab at a Sydney Water recycling centre.
Hydro-demolition of concrete slots – Complete
slots cut into an existing concrete slab via hydro demolition using the Aquajet Ergo-go and hand lancing equipment.
Brokk 200 and Kemroc Saw
Brokk 200 with a Kemroc KDS20 Cut Off Saw (500mm diameter blade / 185mm cut depth).
Mobile Water Filtration System
Neutralise pH of hydro-demolition and general construction wastewater and remove suspended solids down to 1 micron at up to 80m3/hr.
High-pressure concrete cleaning
High-pressure water used to clean a new concrete slab prior to practical completion.
Joint Sealing 2
Joint sealing around an infill section of slab at a Sydney Water recycling centre.
Brokk 200 towing its own power source.
Our Brokk 200 is a versatile machine, setup to be self-sufficient and mobile on construction sites. It can be paired with a traditional breaker attachment or our ultra-high-pressure pin jet and rotary nozzles.
Brokk 200, UHP Trailer Pump & Lance Setup
See how our Brokk 200, UHP Pump and lance is setup in our workforce training and demonstration area.
Joint Sealing 1
Joint sealing between two slabs at a Sydney Water recycling centre.
Aquajet Ergo – Hydro-demolition of tunnel lining
The Aquajet Ergo robot was used to remove steel fibre reinforced 50MPa concrete to a depth of 80mm from the shoulders of an existing tunnel lining.
Aquacutter 750 and Circular Pile Trimming Unit – Trial 2
Hydro-demolition of a 1000mm diameter 50MPa concrete pile using the Aquajet Aquacutter 750v and circular power head attachment. This setup is suitable for pile diameters of 700mm to 1200mm
Aquacutter 750v and Pile Trimming Unit – Trial 1
Hydro-demolition of a 1000mm diameter 50 MPa concrete pile using the Aquajet Aquacutter 750v and circular power head attachment. This unit is suitable for pile diameters ranging between 700mm to 1200mm.
Brokk 200 with high-pressure rotary nozzle
This Brokk 200 has been fitted with a side angling device and a high-pressure water jetting lance. During this demonstration the Brokk has been paired with a 1500 bar @ 50l/min high-pressure trailer pump and rotary raptor nozzle setup for rapid surface preparation or selective concrete removal.
Aquajet Ergo – Hydro-demolition of concrete crash barrier
Concrete removal via hydro-demolition from an existing crash barrier to expose and replace cast-in items.
Aquajet Ergo – Concrete scabbling of tunnel lining
Surface scabbling of tunnel lining to facilitate a future thickening pour. The Ergo rail claiming robot was paired with a bespoke scaffold guide rail system with tube rolled to suit the radii of the tunnel lining.
Aquajet Ergo Hydro demolition of bridge abutment
Hydro-demolition of concrete of a bridge abutment to expose bar reinforcement.
Ultra-high-pressure hand lance – Concrete hydro demolition
Full depth concrete hydro-demolition of a bridge deck to facilitate the re-forming of a new expansion joint.
Ultra-high pressure hand lance – Concrete Scabbling 2
Surface preparation of a concrete water storage silo to facilitate casting of an internal ring beam.
Ultra-high pressure hand lance – Concrete Scabbling
Surface preparation of the concrete base slab and walls of a water filtration tank to facilitate future internal wall pours.
Aquacutter 750v – Hydro-demolition of bridge deck
Aquajets Aquacutter 750v was paired with a 700 HP 100 bar @ 260l/m containerised pump from WOMA Australia for the controlled removal of a 600mm wide x 250mm deep section of bridge deck. Works were carried out adjacent to the live traffic corridor.
