A compact, plug-and-play water treatment system designed to support hydro demolition operations by recycling process water and providing automated reporting to ensure informed water management on site.

This containerised water treatment plant is a compact, plug-and-play filtration system designed to reduce total suspended solids (TSS) to 1 micron, ensuring high water quality. The system includes:

• Three (3) automatic backwash multimedia filters (MMF) for primary particle capture
• Two-stage cartridge filtration racks (5 micron and 1 micron), configured in a duty/standby arrangement for continuous operation
• Gorman-Rupp self-priming feed pump for reliable water draw from below-ground sources
• CO₂ dosing system for pH control (range 6.5–8.5)
• PLC/HMI automation for local and remote monitoring and control

This system is suited for projects requiring high-quality water treatment and uninterrupted operation, including:

-Hydro-demolition and high-pressure water jetting operations

-Tunnelling and civil construction projects with water recycling needs

-Sites with variable or high sediment loads requiring fine filtration
