Our fleet includes a range of specialised injection and pumping equipment tailored for treating high and low flow ground water ingress, void filling, contact pressure grouting and crack injection for structural repairs.
Direct Inject use the following pumps for various applications
Single component drill pumps – With injection driven via battery powered handheld power drills. These pumps are used for the injection of polyurethane, acrylics and expoxy resins up to pressures over 100 bar. These pumps are light weight, mobile, easy to use and effective on projects were injection works are spread out over vast areas requiring materials and equipment to be moved continuously.
Dual component drill pumps – With injection driven via battery powered handheld power drills. These pumps are used for the injection of acrylic products with variable setting times were product is required to set rapidly, or the setting time needs to be delayed in order to allow for it to travel to targeted areas. Like their single component counterparts, these pumps are light weight, mobile, easy to use and effective on projects were injection works are spread out over vast areas requiring materials and equipment to be moved continuously and are capable of pumping in excess of 100 bar.
Wagner SF23 – is a compact, electric airless piston pump designed for high-pressure injection of low to medium viscosity materials. Operating at pressures up to 250 bar, it is ideal for polyurethane crack injection, epoxy resins, and protective coatings in structural repair and waterproofing applications
Desoi two-component pneumatic pump – is a compact, skid-mounted unit designed for high-pressure injection of dual-component polyurethane or epoxy resins. Operating at pressures up to 200 bar, it ensures precise mixing and delivery, making it ideal for structural crack injection, water sealing, and ground stabilisation in civil and tunnelling applications
Putzmeister SP11 – is a compact, trailer-mounted worm pump designed for pumping non-aggregate grouts and lightweight concrete with aggregate sizes up to 5 mm. Offering outputs up to 15 m³/h and pressures up to 40 bar, it is ideal for contact grouting, void filling, and precision injection tasks in civil and tunnelling applications
Clarke pogo pump – is a compact, pneumatic, skid-mounted piston pump designed for high-pressure injection of non-aggregate, cementitious grouts. Capable of delivering pressures up to 100 bar, it is ideal for contact grouting, void filling, high-flow water stopping and precision injection tasks in tunnelling, civil and geotechnical applications
Drill-Driven Injection Pumps (Single & Dual Component)
Used for injecting polyurethane, acrylic, and epoxy resins at pressures over 100 bar
Suited for crack sealing, void filling, and injection tasks in hard-to-reach or remote locations
Dual-component models offer variable setting times, enabling delayed or rapid curing for targeted delivery
Wagner SF23
Best for structural repairs and waterproofing
Injects low to medium viscosity materials such as polyurethane and epoxy resins
Ideal for crack injection and protective coatings, with high-pressure delivery up to 250 bar
Desoi Two-Component Pneumatic Pump
Designed for precise, high-pressure injection of dual-component resins
Suited to structural crack sealing, ground stabilization, and water ingress control in civil and tunnelling works
Putzmeister SP11
Suitable for pumping non-aggregate grouts and lightweight concretes
Commonly used in contact grouting, void filling, and precision injection tasks in tunnelling and civil applications
Clarke Pogo Pump
Designed for cementitious, non-aggregate grouts under high pressure (up to 100 bar)
Ideal for void filling, contact grouting, and high-flow water stopping in tunnelling, civil, and geotechnical project
Our pump fleet has been built based on years of experience delivering injection works on major infrastructure and tunnelling projects. Each unit has been selected to meet the specific requirements we’ve encountered on site—whether it’s mobility, high pressure, or dual-component capability—ensuring we have the right equipment for the job, not just off-the-shelf solution
