Our UHP Trailer Pumps are compact, highly mobile high-pressure water jetting units designed to support a range of hydro-demolition, surface preparation, and industrial cleaning tasks. Built for fast deployment and flexible operation, they offer contractors a reliable and efficient solution for smaller sites, confined spaces, or supplementary works where full-size containerized pumps are not practical.

We operate two types of UHP trailer-mounted pump systems:

• 1000 bar at 50 litres per minute: A versatile mid-range pump ideal for high-pressure surface cleaning, light hydro-demolition, and preparation works requiring higher volume at moderate pressure.
• 2500 bar at 17 litres per minute: A true ultra-high-pressure system focused on precision applications such as targeted hydro-demolition, coating removal, and micro-excavation of concrete around sensitive elements.

Both trailer units feature diesel-driven triplex pumps, high-capacity water filtration, safety shutdown systems, and adjustable pressure control. Quick-connect hose assemblies, integrated bunded floors, and remote operational capabilities ensure safe and efficient setup on-site. Fully road-registered trailers with electric braking systems enable rapid mobilization between worksites without the need for float or heavy transport logistics.
