CONTAINERISED UHP PUMPS .

Two fully containerised ultra-high pressure pumps capable of operating up to 1000 bar and 261 l/min.

Overview.

Introduction

The WOMA Containerised Ultra-High-Pressure (UHP) Pump is a powerful, transportable water jetting unit designed to deliver high volumes of water at pressures up to 1000 bar. Housed in a fully enclosed, weather-resistant container, it provides a robust and efficient solution for large-scale hydro-demolition, surface preparation, industrial cleaning, and water jetting applications.

Technical overview

This WOMA UHP unit is capable of delivering flow rates up to 261 litres per minute at a maximum pressure of 1000 bar, offering an optimal balance between pressure and volume for full-depth concrete removal, heavy-duty cleaning, and large surface area preparation. Housed within a purpose-built container, the system is engineered for durability, sound attenuation, and ease of mobilization. It features an integrated diesel engine, heavy-duty triplex pump, high-capacity filtration systems, and advanced safety shutdowns. Remote control operation allows adjustments to pressure and flow without needing manual intervention at the pump. The container includes lighting, ventilation, fluid containment bunding, and easy forklift access points for rapid setup and site moves.

Typical Applications
  • Full-depth hydro-demolition in conjunction with robotic cutting systems like the Aqua Cutter 750V or Ergo
  • High-volume surface preparation for coatings and membrane removal
  • Large-scale industrial tank and vessel cleaning
  • Cleaning of infrastructure assets such as bridges, tunnels, and wharves
  • Remote or temporary site deployments where standalone UHP supply is needed
Why choose the CONTAINERISED UHP PUMPS

The WOMA Containerised UHP Pump offers contractors a heavy-duty, high-productivity solution with built-in site readiness. Its containerized format ensures fast mobilization, protection from environmental exposure, and minimal setup time, making it ideal for remote, critical, or large infrastructure projects. The high flow rate supports continuous, efficient operation of hydro-demolition robots, increasing productivity while minimizing downtime. With robust safety systems, remote operability, and compliance with environmental and site access requirements, it is a reliable and flexible option for any major water jetting or hydro-demolition operation.
