AQUA CUTTER 750V .

The most powerful robot in our hydro demolition fleet. Purpose-built for both large-scale, full-depth concrete removal and precision rehabilitation works.

Overview.

Introduction

The Aqua Cutter 750V is AquaJet’s most powerful hydro-demolition robot, designed for large-scale concrete removal, structural rehabilitation, and precision surface preparation. It combines extreme reach, high-pressure performance, and full programmability, offering safe, dust-free, and non-destructive removal of concrete in complex and demanding environments.

Technical overview

The 750V is equipped with a telescopic 3D positioning system allowing highly accurate nozzle control across vertical, horizontal, overhead, and inclined surfaces. Powered by ultra-high-pressure water up to 2500 bar, the robot achieves full-depth removal or selective concrete extraction without damaging reinforcement. Its advanced Aquajet Intelligent Control System (AICS) enables operators to program cutting depth, oscillation patterns, travel speed, and jet angles through an intuitive 7-inch touchscreen interface. Programs can be saved, recalled, and modified to suit repetitive or complex tasks, ensuring high repeatability and efficiency. The 750V also features a rugged crawler base for stability, an extended vertical reach up to 7 metres, and corrosion-resistant construction suited for tough site conditions.

Typical Applications
  • Full-depth bridge deck removal
  • Vertical and overhead tunnel lining removal
  • Precision rehabilitation of damaged concrete around rebar
  • Hydro-demolition of dams, piers, parking structures, and retaining walls
  • Surface preparation for overlays, membranes, and coatings
  • Selective removal for structural repairs without disturbing sound concrete
Why choose the AQUA CUTTER 750V

The Aqua Cutter 750V offers unmatched productivity for large-scale projects requiring precision and efficiency. Its remote programmable operation increases safety by minimizing worker exposure to high-pressure streams and eliminating silica dust hazards. Clients benefit from faster removal rates, reduced labor intensity, consistent surface finishes ideal for bond-critical applications, and compliance with environmental and occupational health standards. Whether tackling mass demolition or surgical rehabilitation, the 750V delivers superior performance, reliability, and control, making it the ideal solution for high-spec hydro-demolition work across civil, tunneling, and industrial sectors.
